Mother’s Day is always one of those days where I always feel a bit scrambled. Not only because I don’t know what to buy my mother and mother-in-law, but because it’s hard to say, “it’s my day, and I’m not doing anything.”

Honestly, we don’t all have that luxury. There are swimming lessons, homework and meal prep on the to-do list, and that doesn’t go away just because the calendar says Mother’s Day! And besides, shouldn’t everyday be celebrated?!

Okay, I’m not getting too cheesy, I’m just saying that when it comes to gifts, I honestly am like most other moms when I say I truly don’t need anything. I’m happy with some hugs and homemade artwork.

But in case you haven’t gotten mom anything yet, a subscription box is a great option! It is a box of curated items delivered right to her door, monthly or quarterly. But not all subscription boxes are made equally. There are different options and different price points.

These subscription boxes are my favourite kind of gift…the kind that keeps on giving! I have an admitted subscription box addiction, and love that there are so many options available. You can do a one-time purchase, allowing mom to test it out to see if she likes it. Or you can buy monthly subscriptions, or quarterly boxes.
