I’ve put together the ultimate self-care gift guide for you – from you. Whatever your idea of self-care is, I’ve got you covered in the hopes that you’ll make time for yourself over the holidays.

Self-care can look different to different people. It could be a facial mask, some alone time with a good book, a walk, curling up to binge your favourite show on Netflix or getting a treatment or massage. Whatever your self-care looks like, it’s important to always carve out some time for yourself. There is a reason they say you can’t pour from an empty cup.

So ask yourself, what have you done for yourself lately?

I like to find some time on Sundays, before prepping for the busy week ahead. But I encourage you to find a time that works for you.

Nightly routine
